It’s time to get real darlings, let’s talk about… you! Most importantly, let’s talk about being you!

That’s right. YOU! What matters to you? What do you do to take care of yourself?  Here’s a truth from me to you: you cannot take care of anyone until you take care of yourself! And I don’t mean that in a selfish way. I mean that in every way. You cannot be everything you want to be without knowing yourself and being true to yourself.

Self-care is Self-love. Self-love is Self-care. It comes from within and from acknowledging the Powerhouse Goddess that YOU are. 

So before you give part of yourself to others – be it family, friends or your career – take time to give back to YOU.

Scarlet Morning Mantra

Every morning, when I get up, I look into the mirror and say these words. Feel free to repeat after me:

  • You are beautiful
  • You are strong
  • You are worthy
  • You are deserving
  • You are capable of greatness today and everyday
  • You are here to make a difference
  • You are LOVED
  • YOU are LOVE
